"Life in Focus" is a series of photographic images made by Nick Heaphy presented at the Silvan Gallery from 19th April till 16th May. The collection contains colour and B&W imagery and is an extension of Nick's online photographic experiment at photos.nicnak.net. The images are of life as it exists around the artist, capturing the overlooked banalities of modern life.

This is Nick's first exhibition, since his controversial high school exhibition of "Light on the Female Form". This "Life in Focus" is a collection of images that includes abstract and landscapes. Embracing the 21st century, many images have been made using digital equipment, however in a throwback to Leonardo da Vinci there are images made with lensless pinhole cameras.
